RIKI is LA-based synthpop project founded by Niff Nawor (formerly of bay-area deathrock outfit Crimson Scarlet) in 2017. RIKI released "Hot City" cassette EP in 2018 and 12" maxi-single (release on Commodity Tapes and Symphony of Destruction). For fans of late 80s industrial and Neue Deutsch Welle, classic Italo Disco, and edgy synthpop. 2. Riki Takeuchi (竹内力) is a Japanese actor and singer. He has appeared in many V-cinema releases and films, usually in the roles of gangsters. He is famous for his tough guy image and his over-the-top acting style which closely mirrors that of action film veteran Sonny Chiba. He belongs to and runs his own talent office, Riki Project. In 2007 Takeuchi Riki started making appearances and music videos as his supposed twin brother, Riki. The character of Riki is a flashy entertainer and singer. Read more on Last.fm.
