Christopher Thorne (born March 16, 1990), better known as Horse Head, is an American rapper, singer-songwriter, producer, and musician from Los Angeles, CA.
He’s member of the LA-based emo rap collective GothBoiClique, and he was also member of Thraxxhouse.
He started releasing music as Horse Head around 2009, and his first releases were influenced by Animal Collective. He then formed the shoegaze/synth pop trio Tan Dollar, where he sang and played guitar. He was also the vocalist of synth-wave project Dreamless.
In 2013 he produced two hip-hop beat tapes, Purple Tape e The Green 1, both released by Amdiscs. His first rap project was Romantic, released in 2015 via Thraxxhouse
